Kazi Saiful Islam

PharmD

With over 18 years of diverse pharmaceutical experience, Dr. Kazi Saiful Islam is a Texas-licensed pharmacist specializing in hospital, compounding, dermatology mail-order, and retail pharmacy services. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a PharmD in 2003, Dr. Islam is certified in IV preparation and immunization delivery and is licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Throughout his career, Dr. Islam has excelled in roles such as Pharmacist-in-Charge at Walgreens, owner of MacArthur Pharmacy, and staff pharmacist at Central Admixture Pharmacy Services. Currently, he applies his expertise at White Rock Pharmacy, a dermatology-specialty mail-order pharmacy. Dr. Islam is dedicated to ensuring patient care, medication safety, and exceptional customer service.
